If there was 0 or less i would love to !!!

I placed an order yesterday night from USA! I woke up now and see an Email where they ask me to send my information!!! My ID, statement and bill !!! LOL this is RED FLAG right away! Excuse me? How you dare to ask this !!!! This is absolutely SCAM!!! I wish i had read all reviews before ordering!!!

Scam I think!

Very disappointed first time customer. It's been over a week since I ordered and the item hasn't even been shipped yet. When reaching out to customer service they tell me they can't give me a date when item will ship. Won't be ordering again!

AVOID!

Poor customer service and item never delivered. No communication after a complaint, had to chase for a refund. Seriously, save yourself hassle and avoid.

Total scam

Total scam, stay away! Ordered a baby bed, had to return it (w/o any usage)/brand new as the delivery was 2 weeks too late. Took them more than a month to deliver back to their warehouse then they refuse to issue a refund and claim the good is damaged. Contacted customer services many times and no results. Total scam! Be careful!

Overdue Refund and Inadequate Customer Service

Rapidly losing faith with this outfit. I returned a pair of jeans over a month ago, using their own Hermes courier collection service. I am still chasing a refund which they are legally bound to provide within 14 days of receiving proof of return, under Consumer Contracts Regulations. Am being repeatedly told that the item has not been received from the warehouse which is not my responsibility and does not affect my right to a refund. On top of this, there is no live chat or phone customer service — only the mail system which is not fit for purpose.

COGGLES IS SCAMMING THEY SEND WRONG ITEM - DO NOT ORDER

Sent me wrong item. Please read all other REAL none requested reviews - they will be the one star ones. Will not arrange pickup and I cannot go to post office.
Apparently they send many people wrong item if you read reviews and the item they sent is non branded
T-shirt worth about £3 max.
So if you want to be scammed and get a £3 tshirt- knock yourself out and try ordering- they will not fix the problem.

I returned a bag on the 1st of February…

I returned a bag on the 1st of February , I have sent proof of Hermes postage , it's over one month now and I have not been refunded yet, please be aware when purchasing from coggles , I have been told it is refunded but no confirmation email and no refund so I am now paying for a bag I send back over a month ago even though I sent Hermes proof of postage

Great service and great product price

Great service and great product price. I recently purchased a pair of Grenson sneakers that were half the price currently stated on the Grenson web site. I read the reviews for Coggles on this forum as I had not used them before so I did have doubts after hearing some reviews on stock and returns. However, the item stated as in stock online, i ordered and it arrived the next day as promised all perfect. So all fantastic from my perspective.

Absolutely awful

I have had the most disappointing and truly awful/ most stressful experience I have ever had with online shopping. Contacting customer service is near impossible. One order I placed and paid for was cancelled after 7 days as items were out of stock (it takes 7 days to realise?!) “money returned to your account within 3-5 working days”. I placed another order on 8th February (for which funds have been taken) to be sent next day delivery - the package was never delivered and the courier (who I contacted separately) has confirmed the never received the package from Coggles. I have been chasing customer service almost daily for delivery of goods and have now requested refund be issued if they are unable to make a delivery by end of next week. I am told the package is still with the courier and they will give me an update shortly. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and do not have my goods, though funds have been taken and held by Coggles.

This website doesn't care about customers at all.Bought an item after few days the item was still in "processing"status, first contact I was told delay in despatch, then order got cancelled!! Waiting for my refund.STAY AWAY,PLEASE
